Communication with computer

Computer exchanges with digital network with an adapater called "INTERFACE" using serial link. COMMANDS and RECEPTIVITIES are exchanged by serial port at 2400 bauds under following specific format:
- 1 Start bit,
- 8 data bits,
- 2 Stop bits, no parity.

Computer is master of dialogue for the transmission of commands and reading receptivity. However the INTERFACE may manifest its unavailability to receive an order by switching (low state) the status line. Listed on the line computer was connected to the pin CTS, usually in connection for modem control.

Serial link has 4 sub-links:
- Ground line
- Serial Out for commands orders
- Serial In for receptivities reading
- CTS line to monitor data transmission to INTERFACE
